This Ceramica G3/8 BSP Grey Square Concealed Cistern Float Inlet Valve ATS1446 is suitable for both closed coupled and concealed cisterns.
If you need it for concealed cistern, then the clip holder no need to change. If you need it for closed coupled toilet cistern, then you will need to remove the clip holder and use your original clip holder.
